5 Rounds for time:
10 Power Cleans
15 Push-ups
20 Stiff Legged Sit-ups

“Circle of Squats”
For 5 minutes:
Every participant uses a medicine ball as a target. Working clockwise, each takes a turn squatting and touching the medicine ball with their bottom. One person squats at a time.

  • IF someone does not touch the medicine ball, 10 burpees for the group and the clock stops.
  • IF someone mentions the time left, 10 burpees for the group and the clock stops.
  • IF it’s more than 5 seconds between a squatter, 10 burpees for the group and the clock stops.
