This is not your typical gym. You don’t just come in and “use the equipment” and we’re not just cheerleaders. At CrossFit CDI our emphasis is on teaching proper mechanics, so that they can consistently be repeated when preformed with intensity. The basic CrossFit movements must be mastered with good fundamentals in order for one to succeed with CrossFit programming. The biggest training mistake we see is teaching advanced movements to folks who haven’t mastered the prerequisites. By learning, practicing, and training with the proper techniques, you’ll be able to achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively, even with intensity. That’s why we have created our Boot Camp – Fundamentals training sessions for all new members. Our goal is to help you move better, feel better, and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
Reaching your full potential is not only about exercise, it’s about nutritional guidance, rest, and hydration. We teach our clients how to incorporate all of these aspects into their training for a fitter, healthier lifestyle. It’s not a do what I say, not what I do environment. We live it.

At CrossFit CDI you will receive supportive, enthusiastic coaching that provides positive feedback to guide you to success. All training sessions are coached by a Crossfit Certified trainer. Every session includes a dynamic warm up, skills demonstration/instruction and performance, a workout of the day(WOD), and an after WOD stretch. Each session is different from the one before and every session is structured so that no matter your fitness level you can participate. We scale repetitions and weights but we do not change the program. Intensity is relative to each athlete. WODs provide variety and positive group energy.
