Labor Day WOD

Since we are still updating the rig, and so everyone can participate, I have added another class time for the labor day WOD. Make sure to sign up for the time you want, because space is limited to the equipment needed for the hero WOD. I can always add another class if these classes fill up too.

PS – All are welcome to hang out for awhile after the WOD for a little picnic, bring a dish or drinks.
