Sign up for our Fundamentals Course: 9 sessions, $150
In the fundamentals sessions, you will be introduced to the basic skills, moves, and methods used in CrossFit. Because we want you to retain as much of the information as possible we only introduce you to 2-3 new movements during each session. In the session, the coach will demonstrate the movement, you will perform the isolated movement with proper form, and then perform the movement in a WOD. We will always cue you on proper mechanics during these sessions. The properly formatted introduction sets a tone for safety, understanding, adaptation and then progress. These sessions also give us the ability to see your strengths and weaknesses and scale your workouts accordingly to help you better perform in the regular group sessions. Please note that all new members, unless experienced with CrossFit, must go through the Fundamentals Course or test out by scheduling one-on-one sessions with a coach.

While we feel it’s important to train at least 4 times a week and do not want to limit your drive or potential. We do understand in today’s hectic world it can be hard to make it to the gym all the time, so we offer our Punch Cards or personal One on One training sessions.
There is no substitute for personal attention. Our private training sessions are you one on one with a coach focused on developing your athletic ability. Special attention is paid to your individual goals and programming needs. Private sessions are a great way to practice a specific skill or hone in on some technique in addition to group training.

If your membership is current at another CrossFit affiliate and you have completed an On Ramp-Fundamentals-Foundations type program and have been CrossFitting for at least 3 months.
