Below is the schedule for CrossFit CDI over the next few days, MindyBodyOnline reflects these changes:

Wednesday – No 12PM or 6:30PM classes (please check MindBodyOnline for inclement weather changes)
Thursday – Closed
Friday – No 6AM class
