May Fundamentals 2015
It’s almost summer and it’s time to play outside! Our May fundamentals class will be starting on Monday, May 4th at 10AM or 6:30PM. Fundamental sessions run Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays at either 10AM or 6:30PM. For more information email us atĀ train@crossfitcdi.com.
