February 2016 Fundamentals
Get out of the snow and get fit! Our February fundamentals class will be starting on Monday, February 1st at 10AM or 6:30PM. Fundamental sessions run Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays at either 10AM or 6:30PM. For more information email us at train@crossfitcdi.com.
